Spiritual Revolution is committed to providing the highest level of customer care. To ensure each customer is completely satisfied, we guarantee all Spiritual Revolution products to be free of manufacturer defects and to perform to the highest quality standards.
Fewer than 30 days:
Spiritual Revolution accepts returns or exchanges up to 30 days from the date of purchase for any mat purchased on SpiritualRevolutionYoga.com that does not perform to the highest quality standards. Up to 30 days from the date of purchase, refunds or exchanges will be issued on any mat that is still in its original packaging or that fails to meet the highest standards of manufacturing integrity and quality performance that we and our customers expect of our products.Spiritual Revolution is unable to otherwise accept returns for non-defective used mats or items that have been altered or damaged after being received.
This includes, but is not limited to:
– Creases and/or folds from improper handling and/or storing- it is recommended that you store your mat flat or keep it rolled up;
– Damage from excessive amounts of water or other liquids
– Improper cleaning (i.e. harsh chemicals, damage from a washing machine, or use in a dryer, which is never recommended)
– Damage from use other than yoga or similar recommended fitness activities
– Uneven coloring or discoloration due to use
– Damage from outside elements and/or factors that puncture or deface the mat
How to make a return or exchange:
If you would like to open a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), you may e-mail email@example.com within 30 days of the date of purchase. Please note that refunds will be issued to the original credit card used for purchase. Spiritual Revolution is unable to refund the initial shippingfees or return shipping costs. There is a $15.00 restocking fee for all non-defective Spiritual Revolution merchandise that is returned out of the original packaging.
